If Snowdon Mountain Railway has to cancel a train completely you will be offered the choice to move your booking to another day or receive a full refund. If you choose not to travel of your own accord because of bad weather, and trains are running a normal service, then you would forfeit your ticket and not be entitled to a refund.

All trains leave on time and cannot be delayed for late passengers. If we receive no notification and you still wish to travel you will have to purchase another ticket if there is still availability.
