Our monthly birdwatching walk, led by local experts Tony Slater and Stuart Collins, is a great way to learn more about the birds found on site. Activities willl take place outdoors so suitable clothing and footwear should be worn.

Join one of our expert guides on a 50-minute buggy tour of our grounds to ensure you don't miss out on visiting some of the memorials which are further away from our Remembrance Centre, including the Christmas Truce Memorial and Allied Special Forces Memorial Grove

Complete with pre-recorded commentary, the Arboretum's 50 minute land train tour is an excellent way to take in a large proportion of the site's fascinating memorials.

The Arboretum is expansive encompassing 150-acres of maturing woodland and gardens. Wheelchairs and electric scooters are available to hire for the day for a small charge by visitors.To ensure availability all wheelchairs and mobility scooter should be booked in advance and will be booked out for you from 9.00 am on the day or hire, although you can arrive to collect at any time on the day of hire.
